Hi
You are doing an amazing job here. I highly appreciate this attempt of yours to help. Great work.....

Can you please evaluate my profile and suggest me....
"¢ Engineering in Biotechnology with a CGPA of 7.3/10. The bad part is I had a few backlogs in my engineering.
"¢ X-88% and XII-62%
"¢ Work Exp

2 Years in an IT company as a Resource Manager, where my role was "Unit Lead Resource Manager". I was involved in recruitment, staffing and coordinating manpower planning, resource allocation & deployment . Basically I was an HR without an MBA. I was also in to Talent Management and Talent Development.

2 Years in a home appliances manufacturing company as a "Manager - Sales and Marketing". Here I am in to Sales and marketing of refrigerators and air conditioners.

"¢ GMAT - 720

"¢ Extracurricular - I have been working for CRY (Child Rights and You) from more than 2 years as a volunteer and of course like others I have volunteered some college fests during my engineering days.

I am looking for an admission next year in to MBA in Marketing. I understand some colleges in India expect me to have at least 6+ years of experience and I can wait a couple of more years if I get a chance for better colleges.

I am planning for 1 year MBA program in ISB. Also I'd like to apply some B Schools in USA.

Can you please suggest me some colleges that I can get in.... please let me know if there's anything I can do to make it to the colleges I am looking for. Do I have any chance to get in to the top 20 B Schools of US? Also please suggest me how to get scholarships for the MBAs with my profile. I have heard some B schools help with scholarships, so please help.....
