Hey sudnashu!
Good to hear from you, dude!
Nice second GMAT score there. and a BIG improvement over the first one. That is definitely something we like to see.

First of all, you come from a preeeetty good industry, and as an Assistant Manager are likely to have a good deal more leadership than other folks, which makes us feel good about your profile. The Teach for India stuff is VERY good, and is a recognized "brand", so we like that too.

On the Con side of things we have your work experience (which at 32 months by matriculation is a bit low) and your pool, which is big and tough.

But we feel that if you can make yourself stand out, you can beat the system! Just like you beat the GMAT. A few schools I would think about for you: Ross, Kellogg, Kelley, Darden, McCombs, Georgia Tech, Anderson...

there are plenty more of course! And you need to do a bit of research on your side. But these should give you a good start.

Hey Jon,

Thanks for your reply!

I think i didn't convey this properly. My work experience by matriculation will be 44 months and not 32 as I will have 20 months experience with TATA Motors and will have 24 months with Teach for India.

Also, thanks for suggesting the colleges. This really gives me a good start.

Regards

Ah great! I didn't realize that they were cumulative. So, basically, you are good to go! (Makes things easier, yeah? :) )
