Hi,

You've got a pretty good academic record (slightly low GPA, but nothing to worry too much about). It's hard for me to analyze your professional experience, since I'm not sure what kind of role you have had at work. The important thing is to be able to demonstrate leadership capacity and team work. It's great that you mentor and tutor, but this doesn't necessarily demonstrate leadership. I also didn't see many extracurriculars listed, but as I'm sure you already know, the more multi-dimensional you can show them you are, the stronger your application will be.

With all this said and with some big pieces of missing information regarding your professional leadership expereince, I think that Wharton, MIT and Columbia may be stretch schools for you. I think Duke, NYU and Yale are great target schools, and Cornell should be a good safety. I might suggest that you pick one of the first 3 programs to apply to, and that you could even add something like University of Michigan to your list.

Hope that this is helpful!
