Having a total experience of around 4 years (including 1 year pre-qualification ) as of now.

Work Profile : Started working as a industrial trainee in March 2010 with Bausch &
Lomb Eyecare (I) Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon.

Worked as a Senior Associate -Business Finance with Bausch & Lomb Eyecare (I) Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon from Oct - 2011 to May-2013.

Currently working with Aricent Technologies Holdings Limited as an Assistant Manager - Business Finance.

Work Profile :

 Planning and forecasting of monthly revenue, costs and profit.
 Preparation, reviewing & submission of latest forecast, budget monthly & annually as per the timelines.
 Tracking of quarterly revenue for Business Units and analysing the same with budgeted & forecasted numbers.

What is the ideal score that would be accepted based on the work profile and the fact that i am from a non engineering back ground.

Hi,

You have diverse profile and ISB looks for diversity in the class. So this will make you different from the pool of majority IT applicants. Now the next step for you is to build your profile and target 700+ score at GMAT. However ISB looks at balanced profile with decent GMAT, academics, work ex and extra curricular especially team handling skiils, leadership experiences are more valued. So focus on these aspects and do some research on the b-school. May be you can visit campus, attend info sessions, talk to current students/alumni for more information.

Thanks Manish for your reply.

I am certainly targeting 700+ score in GMAT. But the only concern is my graduation is from a distance learning and not regular. But i have a justified reason for it. Because i was pursuing my CA along with graduation, so i could not go for a regular college as there is a mandatory training to be done in CA for 3.5 years along with studies to make yourself eligible to sit in exams.

Yes, i do believe i have a good work profile if you talk about diversity. I have been working with the business closely since my first job.

Till i was in School, i took part in various extra curricular activities and got certificates for that as well.

I hope i will be able to make up in ISB.

Thanks again for your reply. Let me know, in case you want to advise anything else.

Regards,
Vandeep
