Hi Nirmal,

Please let me know how many yrs of work experience do you have. What year are you planning to apply? We can talk more in detail once I've the information. In the meantime, try to score over 700+ on your GMAT. Feel free to message me or email me for further questions.

Hi Nirmal,

I'd recommend that you score really high on GMAT - over 700+. A high score on GMAT can help offset your low GPA.

4 yrs of Work Exp. is the average - so I also recommend that you pick up a community activity that you are passionate about to build your leadership skills and creative skills on the side.

Hopefully this helps.

Hi Nirmal,

You said you are into Mining business. Do you have a bachelor's degree in Mining or construction? What did you do your bachelors in exactly?

From work experience standpoint, you need to be taking on leadership roles to gain some management experience. I am sure you know a lot about Mining and Construction but managing people for such huge projects is a big deal. If you can experience of "chief engg" or business development and support manager or Director of project management etc - that would be very helpful to you in the future.

Community Service activities - is where you volunteer your time on what you enjoy doing. Like helping Blind Men Association or something. Like I said earlier, this is of your choice. Pick something and drive it. Use your own creativity!

When you think you are read to apply to schools, you can reach out to admissions consultant. Admissions consultants (like me) help you strategize your essays and resume so your chances are improved as an applicant.

hello,

i have done my bacherlors in BBA (Bachelors in Business Administration), and 1 year of MBA , then i left studies for my studies,

i had read somewhere that b-school accepts students with 12+4 requirement,

so after my 12, i did 3 years of BBA and 1 year of MBa

and i am a poperty developer, so i am not into project manager or engg. stuff.
