XIIth:96%, 2nd in my school

Would it be worthwhile for me retake GMAT and try to increase my score(my practice test scores were above 750, but unfortunately, was sick during test day)?

What are my chances at Duke, Darden, Kelley, Yale, LBS, Oxford, Judge? What other schools can I look at?

I think your schools are good choices--female friendly and high % of international student body. Your advantages are: female applicant, high GMAT (no need to retake), consultant field has fewer applicants who are female for some reason. Weaknesses are: only one year WE. You need to be able to explain how you were able to learn enough on the job in only one year to really add value vs. other consulting applicants who have worked longer. You can do this by demonstrating above average complexity in your project assignments or perhaps a leadership challenge you conquered which may not typically be faced only one year into the job. You may need to bring out college experience to prove that you are not relying only on your WE--it's all about what you bring to the table, so get creative in showing your team skills, leadership and maturity.
