Short Application questions

by Vitalina » Thu Aug 27, 2009 5:35 am
Hello Lisa,

I was wondering about the significance of short questions that appear in online application form.

I perfectly understand that we are not supposed to write some rubbish over there :D

But is it important to pay a lot of attention to short questions? Do admission officers themselves pay a lot of attention to these type of answers?

Thanks in advance!

Dear Vitalina,

Every part of your application will be read and considered in your evaluation, so you do want to give those questions the appropriate amount of attention. You might want to write your answers in a Word file first, so you can edit them to where you want them before you paste them into the application. Also, then you have them for multiple applications in case you need a similar answer for another school.

Good luck,
Lisa
