Here are my thoughts:

Your schools of choice are within reach.

GMAT and GPA are strong.

Not much extra-Extracurricular involvement in school: This works against you, can you currently become involved in a leadership capacity in extracurriculars/community service? I strongly encourage that you round out your application with this!

What were the college internships, doing what, how many, for how long?

Day trading: this could be my bias, but I don't think the idea of day trading resonates well- seek the opinion of others to either validate or undermine my thoughts on this.

While in school, made money by outsourcing jobs to China- what specifically did you do, how much money did you make, for how long did you do this?

Always had a passion for investing.
- CFA level 3 candidate
- 3 years work experience in financial services- Middle/back office work. 2 promotions, currently in supervisory role

This all sounds strong, particularly the invesmtment company- expand upon this as it shows initiative and leadership with success. Emphasize your promotions, and how many people you manage currently.

Your career goals are clear which the AdCom looks for, you know specifically what you want to do and thus why you need an MBA, and why you need it now. But, be very clear on this answer as you craft it. While the CFA level 3 sounds great, also be careful to answer why the CFA alone is not enough to get you to where you want to be in your career.

Work on cultivating your recommendations from people you work for how find you to be stellar at what you do now and can see you utilizing the MBA to reach your goals with maximum success. You want to be creating connections with people who think you are outstanding and are not afraid to say so!

Best of luck!
