Hello,
I am currently in my Third Year of BCOM and preparing for GMAT simultaneously. I have done one internship and have been working in a startup since almost a year now. We are introducing our own white chocolate brand and its due to launch over the next few days. I have held leadership positions in college and taken active part in inter collegiate festivals in the capacity of a Contingent Leader. My CGPA is above average. I am also a part of AIESEC in Mumbai. My plan is to pursue my MBA as soon as I am done with my graduation.
What are the realistic chances of me getting admitted to a top 10 or top 20 b school? Please advice.

Not for a bad reason, but because most MBAs expect minimum 3 years work experience.
