Dear all I got GMAT score of 630 (Q50, V25, AWA4.5)

My Profile:
BTech (Hons) with 3.2 GPA
9 years of IT work experience including 4 years of leadership role (2 years in native country India and 2 years in US)

Want to do MBA in Marketing or International business. Please suggest me the colleges (in India and Abroad) in which I can apply.
Thanks.

Hi

Here are some schools which you can target

Thunderbird - No. 1 for International Business
University of Southern Carolina - Moore Business school
Texas Mays
Maryland Smith
Fisher Ohio

You will find it tough to get interview call from Indian schools as your score is way too low for them. Secondly there are limited options in India.

I have two ques-

1. Is 9+ years of experience is too high for good colleges for India and Abroad

2. Should I work to improve my verbal score first and then retake exam.

Thanks,

Sure. Since your Quant score is good but verbal pulled you down improving that and overall GMAT will allow you target some top schools.

Indian schools are fine with 9 + years of experience but some US schools ( primarily top 8-10) are not very keen to take students with more than 8 years of experience. But we dont think you should be targeting those.
