For the schools you have listed, the average amount of work experience upon matriculation is 4-5 years, so your application may be even stronger if you apply in 2020 to enter in 2021 - it will allow you to make even more professional progress and build a strong relationship with recommenders who can attest to your performance, growth, and potential - additionally, the schools will be even more confident that you'll have insights to contribute to the classroom. However, the other option is to apply in 2019 and then, if it doesn't work out, reapply in 2020. Hope that helps a bit!
