I am a management consultant by profession who worked behind the scenes in various MBA offices and was an integral part of the admissions committee. I have a very diverse background and I came here as an international student myself. I can understand the situation you are in. I've helped and mentored students who cannot afford expensive services. Most of the people I mentored or helped have graduated from the top tier Schools.
That said, if you have a skype account, we can set up a call for an hour or two over this coming weekend - once you have thought out your questions, I can help answer them and provide further direction (if needed). Skype won't cost you a dime. (Believe me, free 30 minute calls usually don't help answer ALL the burning questions you may have and those international phone calls will cost you a lot).
In the meantime, you might want to do some homework and get more organized. If you know the schools you are interested in - that would definitely help. Here are some free documents available online (including scholarships etc.) Download them, read them and use them. For example, the MBA tracker is very helpful.

It is extremely important that you are aware of all international student applicantion deadlines (these are usually different and you are expected to submit your application in advance at times).
Your next steps would be to brainstorm ALL that you have accomplished in the last 4-5 yrs (not just work experience - such as activities related to leadership, community service, extra cirricular activities). This will give you an idea of where you are, what are your gaps and how are you going to address your strengths. This process also helps come up with a well rounded resume and prepares you for your mock Interview.
My last tip - Always form your outline for all your essays before you actually start working on it. This will help you frame your essays in a better way.
I wish you well and good luck with your application process. Please feel free to shoot me an email if you have other questions - [email protected]
