You have quite a career path so far : 3 companies, same job title in 28 months.

If the sole reason for switching jobs was to increase your salary, it might not come across as a good strategy. You better have a strong story (reason) for switching jobs so far.

One suggestion : Do not change any more jobs until you get in into an MBA program.
