Hi

Can I mention my goal after my graduation as joining the same organization I am currently working with? I really like my organization and see my future in it for a very long time. However, there has been no discussion or agreement between me and my employer of an opportunity after MBA. My goal is to get back into the org after my MBA.

Dear Kunal,

Absolutely, you can say you plan to return to your current organization. Since it is a company you are familiar with, you do want to be specific in the role you plan to pursue and how that is the first step towards your long-term goal.
