Congratulations! No one can answer that question for you. You need to think hard about your own goals and location preferences. Both are strong schools with good reputations, but both will have stronger networking and corporate affiliations in their areas than across the country.
The first consideration is whether the school offers the curriculum you need to meet your career goals. Second, is where you are likely to end up working after graduation. One approach is to check with the schools to see where their graduates work and in what industries. If you really want to work in the South, Miami would offer a larger alumni network and more local corporate ties. Conversely, the Pepperdine connection should be more useful on the West Coast. Both schools tend to place 2/3 or more of their graduates in their region.
If you are not wedded to geography, try connecting with current students. Many schools offer blogs or chat rooms that you can use to ask questions about the school and its placement record.
Good luck,
Pepperdine or University of Miami
