GMAT 4'th attempt

by ssk123 » Fri Sep 11, 2009 10:31 am
Hi Stacy,

I am 2005 passed out Production engineer from India and currently working as Manager (New product development). I am intending to apply in Fall2010 with a 5 years of experience in automobile sector.

I have already given GMAT three times, 1'st time in last July'08, 2,nd time in Nov'08, 3'rd time this sept'09.

All the time my scores were in the range of 360 to 450.I am in serious problem.

I am thinking of giving 4'th & final attempt and wish to get at least more than 600 to be competitive while applying.

My selected school deadlines are in November. December & January.

I think as a international student i must apply to all schools till 1'st or at most 2'nd deadline.

Do you think my 4'th attempt will be a problem in getting admits from good schools

Can you suggest me the way forward

SSK123

Dear SSK123,

Taking the GMAT more than 3 times is not a negative; what is more important is how you do on the exam.

Best of luck,
Lisa
