Help Needed

Hi,
I am planning to do a second MBA in Top schools in USA/Europe. I am looking to join in Batch of 2012. My profile details are:

1. Work Ex: 48 months. Operations Manager( Manufacturing & Supply Chain roles) in one of the largest MNC FMCG. Recognized as fast track talent in my company with the fastest promotion. Lot of recognitions at work.
2. MBA: From a top 10 campus in India. Among top 25% in my class
3. Graduation: Engineering from a good unviversity ( among top 25% of batch).
4. Extra Curricular: Member of Student run Ad Com on MBA campus, Acads Secy of MBA batch, paper presentations at good competitions.

Would request you to help me understand if with the above profiles, what kind of campuses I should target. I have a clear idea of what I want to do post my 2nd MBA. I understand there are campuses which may not look at MBAs. So request you to help me with an idea of how do I go about building my profile over next 6-10 months so that I have a very good chance at best of the campuses.

Well...my first question is, why a second MBA? Most people do just one. Is it b/c your first was abbreviated or is not usually the terminal business degree?

Second, to answer your question, it sounds like you have solid credentials but I cannot really recommend a specific place for you. There are too many good programs and too much variety for me to say, "Go here" or "Go there." It is incumbent upon you to think very carefully about what you value in a program and then narrow down your choice of schools using that set of filters.

I am not side-stepping or begging your question: there is enormous diversity and variety in US and European MBA programs and to arbitrarily recommend one (or five or ten or whatever) would not be helpful to you. What is needed is careful consideration by you of what you are seeking and what you value.
