GPA: 3.51 at UCLA with Economics major /Theater minor
MANY leadership roles in 4-8 various activities on campus.
Internships with Fox and Mercer Human Capital.
Work experience: Deloitte Human Capital Consulting for 2 years.

Targets: Yale, Cornell, Columbia, Harvard, U Chicago, Dartmouth, U Penn

Thanks for the post.

There not quite enough here yet to make a good evaluation, though I'd be happy to speak further with you about it.

Both your GMAT and GPA are within range but not exceptional. Generally, something on the application needs to stand out exceptional. For people with average scores and grades, they've often had extraordinary work or volunteer experience. For the top schools, every candidate needs a specific story that links an impressive career history with an ambitious, world changing career aspiration--a goal that can only be achieved with the tools of an MBA.

I'd be happy to speak more with you about your chances at the top schools, as well as, what could be done to better position you for a candidacy in a year or two.

If you are definitely applying this year in R2, consider including 1 or 2 schools from the second tier.
