Hi Sourabh,
I think your work experience is very interesting and will set you apart from other applicants. Is there any chance of boosting your GMAT to a 700+? If you are applying next year, you have time to bolster your extracurricular and community activities, and I would suggest that you do so. If you're able to make these improvements, I think you'd have a fairly good chance at ISB and other top SE Asian programs.
Best of luck!
