Please evaluate my profile -- Thanks so much!

Hello,
Thanks for your time! I am hoping for an evaluation of my profile:

I am thinking of applying through the Consortium to Yale, NYU, Emory, UVA Darden, and separately to Columbia University and Baruch Zicklin School of Business.

29 years old, Latina female (Dominican background) applying for September 2011 (will be 31 upon enrollment)
GMAT: 4/5 650 Q 38 (51%), V41 (92%)
GMAT: 5/8 680 Q 47 (78%), V37 (80%)

(I know my GMAT scores are not too strong, but I have prepared for them in the middle of planning a wedding and taking on various other projects.)

Manhattan College undergrad
Psychology Major, 3.77 GPA

Columbia University School of Social Work,
obtained MSW, 3.95 GPA

Extracurricular activities --
Junior Achievement (non-profit organization that prepares young people to prepare for and succeed in global economy through in-class activities, after-school programs, and workplace experiences)

Fundraising Committee of Latino BIGS -- (grassroots movement composed of socially conscious Latino volunteers, part of Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC. Their mission is to empower the Latino community through one-to-one mentoring to ensure that Latino children in NYC have access to positive adult role models.)

Also volunteer for Student Employment Program at my schools after school program, where I stay once a week and provide skills trainings that can be used in other jobs (topics such as time management, typing classes, professionalism, phone etiquette, etc.)

Between college and graduate school I worked at a homeless shelter as a case manager. Since completion of MSW in 2006, I have been working in a school as a social worker, providing in school counseling services. I completed a postgraduate psychoanalytic program in 2009. Working in education and non profit settings has really made me see the need for effective management in non profit settings, so I've decided to pursue an MBA. I also played a small part in setting up a family friend's shipping business -- he speaks limited English and is not very computer savvy, so I've helped him market the business and communicate with vendors that he was unable to speak to due to language limitations. During graduate school I was a member of the Latino caucus and participated in activities in the Latino community.

Do you think I am competitive for my target schools? Any areas of my applicant profile I should strengthen between now and application time (by October, since I'm applying first round)? Should I retake the GMAT?

Thanks so much!

I forgot to mention, I received a 6.0 on AWAs on first attempt. Still do not know results of 2nd attempt at GMAT.
