Dear Experts and Folks

I have planed to apply for top MBA program including HBS, Stanford, Wharton and MIT at the end of this year. However, talking to my company lately, they still did not have an answer for me yet regarding the MBA scholarship. It seems like it would take a little while to finalize this issue.

I an wondering that in case I get accepted to one of the MBA program above but, supposedly, I have to wait on the scholarship for another year as per company advice. Is there any possibility that the B-shcool will grant the deferment and waive my application process next year due to my scholarship thing? Any case like mine happened before??

Thx for you advices in advance.

Most of these programs will not grant deferrals and their policy in this regard can change from year to year. If necessary and at that time, you will need to ask about a deferral. However, in the mean time, you should see if you can find alternate means of funding the MBA.

Best,
