Hi Kara!
You'll probably have a hard time getting into the Columbia EMBA program due to your age, more than the test score. The NYU P/T program would be a better fit, but even then, you're on the young side - NYU prefers students to have at least five years of work experience and average age at the P/T program is 28 or 29. We've seen people get into Columbia EMBA with less work experience but it's rare. You'd have more luck with NYU P/T. The nature of your work experience definitely sounds appropriate for either of these schools, it's just the amount of time - the "executive" part of the Columbia EMBA means that students have typically been managing teams/budgets for many years. That's not expected with NYU.
If looking at just the test score (which is a bit of an artificial exercise, since it's just one factor of many - both these schools care a lot about GPA too) - a 660 score is in range for either of these programs, though obviously, higher is better. The good news is that you're stronger on the quant side. The other wrinkle is, some of this assessment depends on when you took the GRE - was it the revised test or the old one? The old one was considered easier; not sure if the GMAT conversion scales are relevant for the new one; so some questions there.
If you're not applying till next year, then you sorta have no excuse, right?

Testing again cannot hurt you, even if your score comes in around the same level, and the benefit to doing so is that it shows the adcom that you're committed to this. Note though that Columbia prefers the GMAT, so if you decide to test again, you might want to switch gears to that test.
Hopefully all this ramblyness made some sense! Looks like you've got a nice profile that these schools would appreciate, so keep up with the research you're doing, and let us know if we can help!
