Hi Jon,
I am interested in applying to the following schools
1. WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management
2. Mannheim Business School
3. European School of Management & Technology (ESMT) in Berlin
4. HHL Liepzig

GMAT Score - 680 Q49 V33 IR5
TOEFL - 112/120

Should I retake the GMAT for the schools that I am interested in?

Well, since you are in Germany and seem to intend to stay there, those are the schools to go for (there are a few more that are good as well). I think that you can take your shot with your 680, although if you feel you could easily get 30 points higher, retaking would not be a bad idea (especially since you are young).

Are you also looking for schools outside Germany?

Jon,
I took the GMAT on 5th Dec 2013 and I will not be able to retake it before 6th Jan 2014. Since I am going to miss out on most R2 deadlines in Europe and US, I need advice on whether I should go ahead with this score and apply to some schools. In case it is a yes, which ones would you suggest in Europe or US?

Well in that case, if it's beneficial for you to go THIS YEAr (which Im assuming it is) take your shot. You can always retake later if things don't go well for this year, and you lose nothing more.
