Hello vanishingnerd, thanks for your question.
My biggest question for you: If you are a consultant now and your post-MBA goal is to continue consulting, why do you need an MBA? The onus is on you to demonstrate that your career ambition necessitates an MBA. And, broad "business knowledge" is not specific enough. What gaps of knowledge, skills, experiences, etc. do you specifically need to address to achieve your goals? How will business school address those gaps?
