What are my chances at Notre Dame? Or Kellog? Will my low quant score really ding me?

Notre Dame and Mendoza have completely different profiles.

I think your profile can get you into Notre Dame. I don't know about Kellog cos it's a top 10 school and I am not best placed to say someone will or won't make it.

For quant, if you have something else to show such as some extra course work in Calculus or strong skills in the basic 4 papers (finance, accounting, economics and statistics) then I don't think your quant score should hurt you.

Please retake now (close to Round 1 apps) only if you are sure of improving your score considerably. Otherwise, you are better off putting your effort into the application strength itself. it will pay off equally well or better.

All this is my personal understanding based on my 2 years of application experience.
Vineesh,
Just telling you what I know and think. I am not the expert. :)

Depends on lots of stuff. Especially your work experience, your extra currics, your leadership. Plenty of people get in to Kellogg with a 680, but usually they have something that makes them unique or strong in other sections.
