Yours is a deep and competitive pool of applicants so standing out is critical. To this end, you will need to formulate a very solid story for why you want the MBA and what you plan to achieve with it. This should weave very seamlessly into what you have done in the past and how you will use your telecom experience as a foundation for your future goals. Additionally, your EC activites seem to be all from undergrad, but given your age, you should probably be demonstrating ways in which you are engaged in your community now. SChools sometimes pass on applicants who seem to be only about work because they are looking for true business leaders, who historically live life deliberately and fully engaged in their respective circles.
