Hello,

I think your profile is very well rounded - it's great that you are on the project management side and have manufacturing/operations experience - this will definitely help you stand out. Your grades/GMAT are going to be average compared against other Indian engineer applicants, but no need to retake the GMAT or anything like that. Your extracurriculars and community work are very strong, and will help you stand out.

The biggest weakness in your profile is going to be the minimal amount of full time work experience you've had -- at the time of application, you'll only have about a year's worth of experience to draw upon. I'd suggest that to be competitive for these programs, you put in another year or two of work, continue to take on more leaders responsibility in your current professional, extracurricular and community roles, and then apply. If you apply now, I fear that you'd not get admissions due to your lack of experience.

I don't really see Stanford as a realistic option, but perhaps you can apply to MIT (stretch), INSEAD/IESE (target/reach) and a couple others that are more safe targets (e.g. Michigan, Darden, Tepper... depending on what you wish to pursue).

Good luck!
Mili
