Hi,

I would suggest you to go ahead and apply in R2 itself if you are confident about quality of application. Dedicate more time on your application, I am sure from your experience you have many stories about leadership qualities, team handling experiences which you can share in your essays. Essays are crucial aspect of application so work on it. All the best...

If you had applied during round 2, this advice will be a little dated. Chinese applicants score among the highest in the GMAT so retaking the test would be very helpful for Top 10 schools. Therefore I would recommend for you to retake the test.
