I was thrilled to receive an interview invite from Tepper yesterday, and I'm trying to decide where to do the interview (campus or phone/skype). Tepper's stats for accepting after interviews are not promising (only 38% still), which has me concerned about spending the time and money to fly out from California for a 30 minute interview. What weight does Tepper place on the interview and what is their philosophy for sending out invitations? Any other advice on this decision?
