I have completed my Engineering in SASTRA University, ranks in top 100 public and private universities in India. After Engineering , joined an IT MNC. I would travel to Brazil later this year to work for a client and the term for which I would stay could be 7-8 months.
Coming to Entrepreneurial activities , few of my friends and I have co-founded a charitable trust, which caters to the financial needs of under privileged children. We accumulate funds and utilize the same in an effective way. Till this day , we have spent half a million rupees(>8000 $), a good amount when considered in Indian rupees.
This is all about me. Though I haven't mentioned all the points you have asked, I have mentioned all the good points included in my profile. No awards, no scholarships.
The following schools are the ones I have sent my scores to. Please let me know the risk factor of the following.
Purdue University Krannert Graduate School of Management - MBA, Full Time
West Lafayette IN, USA
McGill University Faculty of Management - MBA, Full Time
Montreal QC, CAN
Texas A & M University Mays Business School - College Station - MBA, Full Time
College Station TX, USA
University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign College of Business - MBA, Full Time
Champaign IL, USA
University of Texas at Dallas Jindal School of Management - MBA, Full Time
Richardson TX, USA
Hey Rohit, my friend, sorry for the delay here! Been traveling for a bit, and haven't managed to make it online. But we are back in action!
I think that your list is pretty fair. Meaning that you should be more or less competitive at these schools. The only thing I would change (or rather, add) is that you don't really have what I would consider a "Safe school" in your application strategy, and you might want to add that to play it safe a wee bit.
Hope this helps,
Best,
Jon
