Dear Jawad,

Distance learning MBAs are fairly new in the academic world, so many folks are reserving judgment. In the US, these programs are still being viewed with a little skepticism from traditional MBA employers. However, it might be different in other regions of the world. I think you should do some additional research on how online MBA programs are viewed in Pakistan. If companies seem to hold them with high regard, then you have a viable option. If you are wishing to obtain employment outside of Pakistan, I think it is best to go to school in the country where you wish to live as it is very difficult to obtain employment in another country without already living there.

Good luck,
Lisa
