Is it at all beneficial to do a master's in management or master's in international business program right out of undergrad, then work for a couple of years, then apply to a top mba program?

Perhaps. If you will benefit in some personal or professional way from doing the master's program, then it might be worth it. Simply having another master's degree will not gain you an advantage in the MBA admissions process, however.
