Pb: undegrade is my preparatory class and as you may know grades are really low - I did not calculate it but my GPA should be ridiculously low

Language:
I speak fluently French/English/German + arabic (conversational)

Work exp:
- 3 Years experience in Big4 (PwC and KPMG) as senior financial auditor in Luxembourg/Germany/France
- 2 1/2 years experience in a industry world leader as senior corporate auditor - review of processes in Engineering/Supply Chain/Finance/Sales...with 70% travel in Europe and North America

Extra curricluar:
- Organised a humanitarian project in Rwanda during my business school
- Part of "junior entreprise" during my business school (student association providing market studies)
- 3 years of active membership in a leading political party in france during high school

I would like to know my chances for programs such as UCLA/Cornell/Darden
can you assess my strengh and weaknesses..

Also am I too old ? I am 30 since a month

Many thanks

Nope you are not too old :)

Pretty good for someone with a Masters degree.

I'm not too worried about this since you've already passed your GMAT at this age with flying colors. Any school will consider your highest GMAT score - so that should deal with one of the questions (if you had it).
Study:
-Two years preparatory class (major economy - mathematics)
- French Business school
- Master of Finance in Germany
Diverse background and language skills makes you a unique candidate.

In your case, it will not matter a lot since you have a Master's degree. Did you score well in your Master's program?

In short, you've got as of now 5.5 yrs of experience. So, by the time you start the b-school it'll be 6.5 yrs. Correct?

You've done decent work in Extra activities as well.
Here is my question - What sort of program are you really looking at? Cornell and Kellogg are good for Marketing. Darden isn't exactly marketing - It is more 'strategy' focused. I ask because you will need to do some thinking while approaching your "long term goals and short term goals" in your essays. So, you still need to put some thought into it.

You qualify for all three programs - as long as your thought process is set in stone (I don't see it yet).

You have a decent profile, however, you need to get started on your essays right way. I'd not recommend a 3rd round for you. Please apply in second round for all schools. You have an above average profile. The only thing I am concerned about you at this point is - your master's degree GPA - what was it?
Hope this helps!
Good Luck.
