GMAT score 680 with an experience of 7.5 years

I gave GMAT today and I have a score of 680(Q49V34).I have an experience of 7.5 years in IT and consulting and have been working as a Business Analyst.I come from an engineering background and I have first class (above70%) in my undergraduate examinations. I am Indian female.I wanted to understand what were the programs/schools I should try with this score?

I have a small kid so preferably I would want to look at something in northeast US.

Hi
I definitely would want to for a MBA in 2014 Fall( thats the earliest available)
And preferably from a college within top 20-25.
Even if that means relocating, on second thoughts.
