Qualification: B.Tech, Electrical and Electronics, 8.86/10 CGPA ( Also a Certified SAP MM Consultant and
ISO(14001/18001) Internal Auditor Certified by Bureau Veritas
GMAT Score: 670 (Q:49,V:31, AWA:5.0, IR:6)
Work Experience: 5.5 years (Last 7 months in Oman)
: 4.5 Years in Hotels with The Taj Group of Hotels( 2 Years as Senior Executive/Manager in Engineering Dept; Several Achievements during the same period:
Certified trainer/Successfully completed train the trainer workshop( Trained in coming batches of Graduate engineers)
Business Excellence facilitator(Led a PIT's with a team of 15 members and contributed in several others )
Member of Crisis Management Group
Gold level in Process Tools workshop
Led several Refurbishment/Improvement projects of around USD15K each and teams having 5-15 members,
Handled Procurement and Subcontracting for the department
Led (along with a colleague) complete hotel to achieve Earth Check Silver Certification
Internal Auditor for several audits of the hotel
Led technical operations of the hotel( HVAC/Water Distribution and filtration/Electrical Services)

Winner of Energy Audit Competition at the university

Please advise if I should consider taking GMAT again( Not willing to take as deadlines are close and have some professional commitments too). Also, do you believe my profile is strong/decent enough for INSEAD
