Dear Ankur,

Based on your post, your GMAT is the one part of your profile that gives me pause. I think your work experience is different from other Indian applicants, so that should work to your advantage. In terms of admission, you are in the competitive range for schools with GMAT averages in the 600-660 range and that offer the curriculum and resources that match your career goals.

Scholarship awards are highly competitive and not something you should expect. Likewise, the awards are usually for a percentage of tuition, not 100% of tuition and fees. If you want to maximize your chances of receiving a scholarship, then you should be targeting schools with GMAT averages under a 640.

Good luck,
Lisa
