Female / 23 / Indian
I have a GMAT score of 640 ( Q46,V32).
Academics:
B. Tech from one of the top engineering colleges of India
CGPA (7.75/10)-> (3.1/4 )
Work Experience (2 years)
Have been working with the leading Telecommunication Operator of the country for 2 years in the Engineering Department. Have been the Ambassador for a leading NGO at work.
Will be joining an NGO full time starting August this year (2011).
Extra curricular:
Writer for a online Worldwide Magazine for Youth Initiatives.
I am a part of the Guinness Book of World records for Painting.
Holding the position of Creative Director for the Company magazine at my existing Organization.
Have been involved in the recruitment activities for my existing organization.
Have been actively involved in NGO activities since undergrad.
Have participated in a lot of cultural and technical events during college
Held leadership position in various events at undergrad level.
Short term Goals:
To work in the CSR/Human Resources vertical of leading organizations.
Long term goals: To start my own Non-profit venture or lead an established non-profit venture.
Recommendation Letter: I can get good recos from my managers and the people I have worked with.
I am interested in the Social Entrepreneurship Course in an MBA. As such, my target schools are:
1. Stanford GSB
2. Cornell S.C. Johnson
3. Yale SOM
4. Wharton
4. Indian School of Business (Only because of the tenure and cost)
Could you please evaluate my profile and advice?
