Pre-MBA Courses to enhance profile?

Hello...

I have a degree in Civil Engineering and my GPA wasn't the greatest. Above average, but not incredible.

What classes could I take at a local college to show adcoms that 1) I mean business and 2) I can keep up?

I'd also be pairing this with a strong GMAT score.

The most relevant courses are likely calculus, statistics and accounting. Those are good places to start. Economics can be helpful too (although often less relevant)
