Columbia asks for 1-2 pages for the resume/CV. I believe that they historically only allowed 1 page so I was surprised when I saw that they were allowing 2 pages and that they were referring to it both as a resume and a CV (since I understand that CVs are typically longer). Is it okay to use this space if I have been out of school for 6 years and have also held substantial leadership roles and planned over a dozen large-scale programs or fundraisers for non-profits? I also have a graduate degree. I have also won several awards in the past 4 years and had many speaking engagements. While I normally would not include this on my "business" (a job) resume, I feel like I could break this out to have the first page be a career and education overview and the second page be more of an addendum that details my extensive extracurricular and volunteer work. I don't want using the whole second page to come off as being cocky though when I only have 6 years of work experience.
