area =lxb

here length is twice then breadth. then it will be 4l +2b=permiter

now lxb =128 then the case will be 16+8. From here I am lost. share ur input guys

Keep in mind that there's a wall on one of the sides, so we're only dealing with a fence that covers 3 sides.

The question tells us the fence piece opposite the wall is 2 times larger than the other 2 sides. So 2x equals large side, x = short side.

Area = 128 -> (2x)(x) = 128. x = 8.

Therefore the fence perimeter = x + x + 2x or 8+8+16.
