I am still getting my feet wet on DS questions.

I think its B) unless I misinterpreted the question

1) The stduent has three winning tickest does not tell us exaclty how many tickets the student sold. 10% of all tickets won prizes and this does not mean 10% of his 40 also won or what % these 3 tickets contribute to the 10%

2) There were 25 prizes and therefore
10% of x(totla tickets) = 25 from this we can get x and the tickets the student sold

Whats the OA?
