sam2304 what is your doubt in this sentence...

Option A is not correct at all but parallel but changes the meaning of the sentence...


Option B: No use of 'and' in the sentence...

The correct meaning of the sentence is that the ordinance of 1897 regulated the use of bicycles.

by doing 'n' number of thing. and those 'n' number of things should be parallel...

Option Conveys the meaning and is parallel as well...
