I believe that + is supposed to be *.

(1/5)^n*(1/4)^18=1/(2(10)^35 )

1/5^n * 1/4^18 = 1/(2*(2*5)^35)

Multiply both sides by 5^n*4^18 to get:

1=(5^n*4^18)/(2*2^35*2^36)

Note that 4^18=(2^2)^18=2^36, and, in the denominator, 2*2^35=2^36. Thus, these factors cancel out to give us:

1=5^n/5^35.

Thus, n=35
