B. 2^6 - 2^3 <> 2^12+ 2^6 -2^10, eliminate
C. 2^9 <> 2^15- 2^12 OR 2^12(2^3-1), eliminate
D. 2^3 <> 2^9- 2^6, eliminate
E. 2 <> 2^7- 2^4, eliminate

Isn't this a question (2^12 - 2^6) / (2^6 - 2^3) and the answer should be A then
