Percentages - GARDEN F

Part of the Garden S, F is managed by a team. The percentage of trees that are not flowered in F form 15% of the total region. The precentage of trees in F that are flowered is 40%. What percentage of trees in S belongs to F?
A. 20%
B 25%
C 55%
D 60%
E 75%

F is a part of S
Not flowered in F = 0.15S
Percentage of trees that are flowered in F = 0.4F, which means that are not flowered in F = 0.6F

Now, 0.6F = 0.15S
F/S = 1/4 = 25%

One trap I observed in the problem is :
The percentage of trees that are not flowered in F form 15% of the total region

This doesnt imply that
the percentage of trees flowered in F form 85% of total region.

Why?
Because, total - percentage not flowered in F = percentage flowered in F + percentage of Trees outside F and inside S.
