We're both a bit new here so we have that in common! My thoughts on your question about Michigan Dearborn is just that if you look at the profile for the class:
class profile you can see that you somewhat over index on GMAT and experience. That may not be a bad thing- you could be attractive for fellowships or really stand out with your experience-- but you may find that in one of the biggest reasons to get your MBA- to learn from like minded and equally experienced peers- perhaps you will not be fully satisfied.

Even though you have very specific finance interests, the elective courses in top MBA programs should be able to prepare you for your goals without getting a second masters in finance. I suggest that you look at the course offerings of some of the programs that most interest you and look for a faculty member with similar research interests. That might help you make a connection at the school.
