In the xy plane, each point on circle k has a negative coordinates and the center of K is the point (4,7). What is the maximum possible area of K?
1. 4pie
2. 9pie
3. 16pie
4. 28pie
5. 49pie

If centre is (4,7), then there would be few points in 1st quadrant with all positive co-ordinates..am i missing something

almost 1/4 of the circle will be in 1st quadrant with center on (4,7), can you please check the question?
