The question is wrong. It should be (1/5)^m (1/4)^18=1/2(1/10)^35.

Anyway,
(1/10)^35 = (1/2)^35*(1/5)^35
So 1/2(1/10)^35 = (1/2)36*(1/5)^35

Since(1/2)^36 = (1/4)^18,

m = 35.
