A spoke making machine can make x spokes in y minutes. How many spokes can z machines make in 50 minutes?

A. 50XZ / Y
B. 50X / YZ
C. 50Y / XZ
D. Y / 50XZ
E. 50XY / Z

1 machine

y min = x spokes
1 min = x/y spokes

So z machines can make z * x/y spokes in 1 min = zx/y

Thus in 50 min = 50*zx/y = 50zx/y
