There is one survey testing 60 people who taste the three different flavor ice-cream: V(allina), C(hocolate) and S(trawberry). All the people do the survey and rank them, there are no situation that two flavor rank equally, 3/5 of people rank V worst. 1/10 of them rank v ahead of C ,1/3 of them rank v ahead of s. How many people rank v first?
